Installation

Included with your magazine will be M6x50mm SHCS for mounting and 1/4"x1" locating pins allowing perfect placement and alignment.

Use the DXF mounting pattern to mill the mounting holes and tool stick out recesses.
Mill them into the table or create a riser.

By using the locating pins to secure the magazine in position, deck screws are more than sufficient when mounting to an MDF spoil board.

Maximum tool stick out with out recessing the tool pockets is 23mm. it is recommended to have a minimum of 19mm of recess.

Mounting Pattern

The downloads are in the Magazines section of your dashboard. There is one with and one without the optical tool setter module for creating a riser.

Use the first pocket center point as your x and y origin and you will have the machine coordinates for pocket one established once you locate and cut the file on the machine.

If you build a riser of 19mm you will be able to mill shallow 3mm pockets for the pins. This will secure it through the riser and into the magazine.
